Sponsor & Exhibit LevelsAchieving Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorship levels entitles organizations to receive complimentary benefits, as well as additional marketing opportunities. Moreover, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorships include complimentary booth space.
To qualify as an official TCC Annual Conference sponsor, each organization must participate at a minimum Silver level before complimentary incentives are awarded. Sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis - determined by the date and time that commitment applications are received. Sponsorship Opportunities and Logos are updated once per week.
Sponsorship OpportunitiesAV Sponsor - (Limited Sponsorship Opportunities)Your company will receive recognition as one of the conference audiovisual providers. What better way to get your name out there than to have people staring at it all day as they listen to the educational sessions? Each session is provided an audiovisual package, including screen, lectern and microphone. Your company’s logo will be placed on signage that will be placed in the breakout session rooms and the general session room. Opening Lunch and Welcome Sponsor - (Limited Sponsorship Opportunities)Sponsorship of the Opening Luncheon and Welcome provides unique recognition of your company and you’ll receive all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor. You will receive additional recognition for the event on the conference website, as well as in the conference materials. In addition, your logo will be placed on event signage displayed during the event. Reception Sponsor - (Limited Sponsorship Opportunities)TCC will host, facilitate and staff a reception during the conference during the early evening on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 and you'll receive all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor. A favorite tradition of the conference attendees and an excellent networking opportunity, all conference registrants are invited to relax, visit with peers, and enjoy refreshments. The social sponsor will receive signage in the social, recognition in the conference materials and the ability to meet, greet and network with the participants at the social. Name Badge Lanyard Sponsor - (Exclusive)High visibility! Place your company logo on name-tag holders that will be worn by each attendee for the duration of the Conference. TCC management will work with the sponsor to select the badges. TCC will produce the badges and will be responsible for the purchase of the badges. Thursday Luncheon Sponsor - (Limited Sponsorship Opportunities)Sponsorship of the Thursday lunch provides special recognition for your company. You’ll receive all the benefits of a Gold Sponsor and a representative from your company will be invited to share in the introduction or thank-you for the luncheon. Additionally, signage in the luncheon area will be prominently displayed. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each luncheon attendee. Refreshment Break Sponsor - (Limited Sponsorship Opportunities)Attendees need the chance to stop, rest, and refuel. Provide your company exposure at one of the well-attended refreshment breaks. These events allow attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to gather and network in a social atmosphere. Sponsors may select which break they would like to sponsor on a first-come, first-served basis. TCC will print signage with the company logo and place near the break function you select. Breakout Session Sponsor - (Limited Sponsorship Opportunities)Sponsors will receive additional acknowledgement on the conference website and in the conference materials for a breakout session. Program Sponsor - (Limited Sponsorship Opportunities)The program guide is the takeaway for each TCC attendee at the Annual Conference. Your logo will be featured on the front cover of the program in a highly visible manner.
